Booking
Catering orders are confirmed when the itemized quote is accepted. No deposit is mandatory. Same-day orders are accepted with at least four hours' notice and a minimum of 10 guests.
Pricing and HST
All prices on this site are exclusive of 13% Ontario HST. Delivery fees are stated separately and included in your itemized quote. The price quoted is honored for the confirmed event date.
Payment
We accept e-transfer / EFT, credit card including AMEX, cheques, and purchase orders. Payment is due on the event date before delivery. If your order/invoice is issued through EazePro, it already includes a payment link for card payment. Late payments may be subject to interest at the rate prescribed by Ontario law.
Changes and cancellations
Headcount and menu adjustments are accommodated up to and including the day of the event. For cancellations, we offer credit toward a future order; refund eligibility depends on the timing and circumstances and is handled case-by-case.
Food safety
All food is prepared in our Toronto licensed kitchen and complies with applicable City of Toronto and Ontario food-safety regulations. Once delivered, food is the responsibility of the customer; we recommend serving promptly and storing leftovers per food-safety guidelines.
Dietary and allergens
We label dietary tags (HL, GF, DF, V, VEG, NF) on packaging based on the confirmed ingredients of each item. This is not a shared kitchen: dedicated allergen preparation areas, equipment, fryers, utensils, and storage are available. Customers with severe allergies must disclose the specific allergen at the time of quote so we can review and confirm the order.
Halal certification
All meat on our menu is halal and supplied by Arslan Shawarma Production. The kitchen does not handle non-halal meat, pork, or alcohol. Current supplier documentation can be provided to catering customers. We do not describe the entire kitchen as independently third-party halal certified.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim related to a catering order is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes are resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
