We cater for 10 to 1,000 guests and have completed an event for 1,000 guests. Call (647) 340-8001 if your request falls outside that range.

Buffets start at $10/person with the Picnic Buffet. The Mediterranean Shawarma Buffet is $13/person, individually packaged bowls are $14–$16/person, wraps are $10–$12 each, and the Mediterranean Feast Buffet is $23/person. Delivery, add-ons, and 13% HST are separate.

The package price includes the food, sauces, and sides listed for that package. Delivery, disposables, beverages, desserts, setup, chafing equipment, cleanup, serving staff, and 13% HST are separate when applicable. Linens and rentals are not offered.

Some quotes may include an event-specific early-booking deadline, returning-customer pricing, or a budget adjustment. These are not automatic discounts on every order, so ask what applies to your event and review the itemized quote.

No mandatory deposit is required. Payment is due on the event date before delivery. We accept e-transfer / EFT, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, cheques, purchase orders, and split invoices through EazePro, with no card surcharge, administrative fee, or mandatory gratuity.

Standard delivery is $40 and Ajax delivery is currently $60. Delivery is not included in published menu prices and is shown separately in the quote.

Delivery is normally scheduled 30–45 minutes before serving. We use insulated carriers, and the driver calls and texts the contact person on arrival.

All meat served by Shawarma Moose is halal and supplied by Arslan Shawarma Production. The kitchen does not handle non-halal meat, pork, or alcohol. Supplier documentation is available on request. Vegan and vegetarian options such as falafel and tofu are also available.

We accept allergen-specific orders when the exact allergy is disclosed before ordering. Confirmed selections can be prepared using dedicated preparation areas, equipment, fryers, utensils, and storage. We can also label halal, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and vegetarian selections based on the confirmed order.

Same-day catering is available for orders placed at least four hours before serving, with a 10-guest minimum.

Tell us the event date, headcount, format preference, address, and dietary notes. Quote requests are accepted 24/7 and an itemized quote is provided within a few hours. No mandatory deposit is required; payment is due on the event date before delivery.

Contact us as soon as something changes. Delivery timing can be confirmed or adjusted up to the day before the event. Guest-count, menu, and format changes depend on kitchen capacity and are only confirmed when we approve the updated order.

We offer credit for future orders when customers cancel catering bookings. Refunds are handled case-by-case.

Standard catering is delivered in serving trays. Setup, chafing equipment, cleanup, and serving staff can be added when included in the quote. We do not offer live cooking or carving stations, linens, or rentals.

Yes — our Iftar package starts from $12/person and includes chicken, beef, falafel, flavoured basmati rice, garlic-fried potatoes, salad, and sauces. We coordinate delivery to land before sunset.

Yes — recurring orders get a dedicated account contact (Sam) and repeat pricing. We track building delivery instructions, dietary preferences, and head-count patterns over time.
