Typical per-person pricing by occasion. Final cost depends on headcount, menu, and add-ons.
How catering pricing works
Your total comes down to three things: headcount, serving style, and delivery distance. Buffets are the most cost-effective per person because they share trays; individual boxed meals cost a little more for the convenience of labelled, pre-portioned servings. Add-ons like extra proteins, drinks, or desserts adjust the final number — which is why the calculator gives a range and Sam confirms an itemized quote.
